The second exercise is called lunges (with a step-up bench). This is a fun one, while being tough. Grab a pair of dumbbells and with a bench in front of you, take one foot and place it on the bench while pushing yourself up, so that you are standing with one foot on the bench and the other food is hanging straight.

Return to the start position and repeat as desired. The exercise is not only good to build leg muscles, it is also excellent for your butt. You can even do this exercise to build leg muscles without a bench, but by using the same motion and stepping forward on the ground instead, while bending your knees.

-3rd Build Leg Muscles Exercise:
This exercise to build leg muscles is called the leg press. You need to sit on the seat of a leg press machine, adjust the weight and with your feet placed on the footplate, push your legs out so that your legs are straighten, but make sure to keep a little margin for your legs to bend.

This is an awesome exercise to build leg muscles and should definitely be in your workout routine.

-4th Build Leg Muscles Exercise:
The fourth exercise is for building your calf muscles. Sit on a bench and place either a dumbbell or a weight on your legs. Now push as far up as you can with your toes and keep them there for a couple of seconds and return to the starting position.

Don’t underestimate the beauty of calf muscles when you build leg muscles as they can make a huge difference in how your legs look.
